![]() The film house that I visited was little like Cinema Paradiso. Like Italian Cinema, Indian movies were an juncture for households and communities to come together. We all chipped in our pocket money and went for the films. I bunked school and went with my friends to watch an Indian Bollywood movie in Mumbai, India. Like Toto, I watched movies when I was in school. The childs take the forepart row, working category Italians fill the stall, the rich adult male, who spits sits in the balcony, and the projectionist, Alfredo is stuck in the begrimed projection room. The theatre stall and balcony reflect the category divide. Gisueppe Tornatore, the manager, pays great attending to detail-facial looks, gestures and reactions of the crowd are good captured. In this scene, we see Toto watching the movie in awe along with others from the community. He is non supposed to travel to the film house and yet he can’tA remain off from Cinema Paradiso. In Cinema Paradiso, Toto goes to watch a movie with 50 lire his female parent gives him to purchase milk. ![]()
